In this assignment, a group of students are required to find a local auditorium to do case study. For my group we have chosen Shantanand Auditorium as my case study, it is located at Brickfields, KL. Shantanand Auditorium is an Indian community auditorium which they always have different kind of shows at there. Through this assignment we learn about acoustic design of auditorium, a successful design of auditorium mostly depends on its acoustic design, which include the layout of seats, the absorption material used. It is essential to preserve and enhance desired sound and to eliminate noise and undesired sound.
