PROJECT 1 - Case study of Building Services in Multi- storey building involving public use

For this assignment, we have to find a high rise building as our case study to study about the building service of it. For my group we contacted Menara MIDF as our case study, we visited the building with a guidance of professional technician that explain everything in the building. From this assignment, we get to learn the building services plays an important role that architect have to involve it in our building design for safety consideration. Besides, I also learned the importance of dynamic group work, without the cooperation of group members this project would not be complete in time. I also get to communicate clearly with the group so that we can have a clear distribution of workload for every group members.

PROJECT 2 - Implication of Building Services

For this 2 people assignment, we have to choose one of our semester 3 studio final as the building to implicate the building services that we learned throughout the module. We have chosen Shu Wei's final and make some slight changes of the design to fit in the building service and produce the plan and schemetic diagram of it. From this assignment, I also get to develop the independence thinking and learning skills to complete this assignment, besides, I also get to improved the skills of using the software to produce the plan and diagrams.
