PROJECT 1 - Industrialised Building System

This is a group assignment that relates to the topics of Industrialised Building System (IBS). Students are to explore to different types and methods of the IBS system and the calculation of IBS scoring. After that, students will be assigned to specific type and method and design a 3-storey apartment block using mainly IBS components. For my group, we are assigned to Precast Concrete System.

PROJECT 2 - Construction Solutions

This is an individual assignment that required students to integrate building system with Studio V. This assignment aims to facilitate students in the technical studies and development of their design. It deals with analysis and establishment of the structural and the envelope system of the student's design to ensure that the design is logic and workable construction system. Students are also required to have case study on different part of system and use it in the building design like, roof structure, facade design and structural system.
