PROJECT 1 - Define and Documenting a Project

This project introduces students to the definition of project management by working on a model of a project case study. The students will be introduced to the roles of a project manager, client, project teams that consist of consultants in various fields and other stakeholders involved in a project life cycle, Students will learn how to identify project objectives and goals while understanding the strategies to achieve satisfactory project completion.

From this project, I have learned how to define and analyze problems to arrive at effective solutions and understand team dynamics and mobilize the power of teams,

PROJECT 2 - Documentation of a medium-sized building

This project requires students to document the project management aspects of their final design project in their respective studios. the report will reflect the students' understanding in the terminologies, knowledge areas, application of the tools and systems, planning whilst demonstrating their capabilities in discharging their duties as a project manager.

From this project, I have learned how to manage myself and be self-reliant to make sure that I get to finish this project on time. And I also get to learn how to learn independently throughout the process of completing the project.
