Students are to analysis the similarities and dissimilarities based on the patterns of social activity, types of contact points and the varying degrees of contact intensity between the two cities.
PROJECT 2 - Synopsis of Readings
For the second project, students are asked to read 3 text that is separated as Group A and Group B. For me I have chosen Group A as my reading text, which include Text 1 - A Global Sense of Place, Text 2 - Learning from Las Vegas and Text 3 - The Eyes of the Skin : Architecture and Senses. After reading the texts, students should produce synopsis as reaction papers for each text. This is aim for students to read a selected reading in relation to the theme that has been discussed in class for the week. This reactions paper is not only analysing the text but also develop commentary related to it, students have to identify the key points highlighted in the text and have personal perspective on issues raised through the text.
